Joel McHale and Sofia Vergara announced the Emmy nominee’s yesterday morning. And while Vergara got nominated for best supporting actress in a comedy for ‘Modern Family’, McHale did not for his show Community.
But taking it in good stride, Joel said he as just happy to be in such a popular show like Community and was excited about the people who were nominated including Bryan Cranston, Mad Men and Julia Louis-Dreyfus for ‘Old Christine’.
And according to HollyScoop, Joel even said that he wasn’t suprised that Conan was nominated and Jay wasn’t.
In fact he said that he thinks that Conan will win.
The Emmy’s will be hosted by Jimmy Fallon on NBC Aug 29th.
