Want a bird’s eye view of where Joel McHale and his family live? Well you’re in luck – I’ve got two pictures here that show his old house and his new house.
Let’s look at his old house first. This home which he and his family lived in from 2004 to 2008 is in the Rossmoyne area of Glendale and had three bedrooms and one full bathroom. It is 1,634 sq. ft and included hardwood floors and living room with fireplace. He sold it for $815,000.
His new home is in the Oaks area of Los Feliz, Los Angeles and was purchased on Nov 15 2007. It has four bedrooms and Joel McHale paid 1.88 million for it even though the owners where asking for $1,929,000 – Good negotiation Joel!
It is 3,451 sq ft and as well as the four bedrooms, has 4 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, office and large entertaining and garden areas.
