The program shoots in Los Angeles. Filming schedule will be from October 2011 to February 2012. Unforeseen circumstances may result in changes to the production schedule. This two person package does not include any travel or accommodations. The winning bidder and guest are responsible for arriving at the agreed upon destination at the agreed upon date and time. Winner and guest must be 18 years or older. No exceptions. The set will be catered, and the winner will be allowed personal photos with cast members and can bring one item to be signed. No guarantees are made regarding specific cast members that will be working on the day(s) of your visit. The duration of the experience is not yet determined – usually a day or two. There is no guarantee how much airtime you will have and your scene(s) may be cut during editing of the finished episode by the director. This package is non-transferable. The experience is only valid through February of 2012.
This auction item is sponsored by the Cal State Fullerton chapter of the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA), a pre-professional membership association for students interested in the study of communication sciences and disorders. This student group intends to donate proceeds from this auction to two centers located on campus: the Cal State Fullerton Speech, Language and Hearing Clinic and the Center for Children Who Stutter. The CSUF Speech, Language and Hearing Clinic provides services to persons with a variety of speech and language needs and serves as a training ground for future clinicians. The Center for Children Who Stutter provides outstanding professional services to children with fluency disorders and their families who cannot afford private practice fees.
